2.Production Management: Manage order creation, release, confirmation, auto GR/GI, backflushing, and settlement.

3.Master Data & MRP: Correct BOMs, routings, work centers, production versions, capacity planning, shifts, and MRP parameters.

4. Scrap & Rework: Manage scrap, rejected preforms, reprocessing, by-products, conversion losses, and cost postings.

5.Costing & Integration: Fix actual/standard costing, Material Ledger, overheads, activity mapping, and FICO/MM/SD integration.

6. QM Integration: Configure quality checks, inspection lots, defect tracking, batch management, and CoA printing.

7.OEE & Governance: Fix OEE and production reports, support month-end closing, create SOPs, train users, and eliminate Excel registers.
