SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)

ob Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SAP PM Consultant to support and enhance our SAP Plant Maintenance module. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP PM processes, integrating with other modules like MM, PP, and QM, and working closely with business stakeholders to optimize maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Configuration

• Configure SAP PM module including Equipment, Functional Locations, Maintenance Plans, BOM, Task Lists, Work Orders, Notifications, and Measuring Points.
• Design and implement breakdown, preventive, corrective, refurbishment and calibration maintenance processes.
• Integrate PM with MM, PP, FICO and QM (quality) modules.

Business Process Analysis

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to maintenance operations.
• Map business processes to SAP PM functionalities.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.

Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP PM issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to work order processing, scheduling, and reporting.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.

Training & Documentation

• Create user manuals, training materials, and SOPs.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and maintenance teams.

Project Management

• Participate in SAP implementation, rollout and upgrade projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•  IMinimum 5 years of SAP PM experience.
• Strong understanding of maintenance processes in manufacturing or utilities.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is mandatory.
• Experience with FIORI apps.
• Knowledge of ABAP debugging and SSAM is desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
