POSDM - SAP POS Data Management

Location: Navi Mumbai (Ghansoli)

Experience: 1+ years of experience

Skill Required

• Minimum 1.0 year experience and strong conceptual knowledge in any of the SAP modules (SAP MM / WM/ EWM / SD/ FICO / IS Retail POSDM).
• Comfortable with shifts including night shift as 24*7 support.
• Should be certified SAP personnel and have support experience.
• Working knowledge in Windows Server and desktop environment.
• Involved in post-production support
• Client interaction, Issue Resolution, L2 Support.
• Program Analysis to resolve issues in Production Server.
• Good communication skills Ability to articulate clearly in English (both verbal and written communication).
• Ability to work in a team driven environment under stringent targets.
• Good Analysis, Problem Solving Skills and Interpersonal Skills.
• Experience in IT software support in Retail/FMCG or similar domain will be an added advantage.
• Support role in retail.(Only development support)

Note: - All mandatory holidays will be working as its retail, however, respective comp off will be given.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Providing L2 Support with the solving of issues.
• Providing resolution of issues.
• Monitoring of scheduled jobs and reports incase of issues.
• Giving expert support and information to the queries raised by the end user.
