SAP MDM Analyst

We are looking for experienced MDM professionals with strong expertise in Product Data Management and related master data processes. The candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving product master data, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Product Master Data across relevant systems.
• Handle product specifications, product materials, artwork, NPI, and related master data.
• Perform creation, modification, validation, and maintenance of master data.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of product-related information.
• Work on DMT/SAP MM and product material master data processes.
• Coordinate with business, supply chain, finance, procurement, and other stakeholders for data requirements.
• Identify and resolve master data issues, inconsistencies, and duplicates.
• Perform data quality checks and validation as per defined standards.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) master data activities.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and follow defined MDM governance and controls.
• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with established master data policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-9 Years.
• Education: Any Graduate.
• Required Skills: Master Data Management (MDM), Product Master Data, Product Specification Management, SAP MM / DMT-SAP MM, Product Material Master, NPI (New Product Introduction), Artwork-Related Master Data, Data Validation and Quality Management, Master Data Governance, Stakeholder Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Preferred Profile: Candidates with experience in Product Specification, Artwork, NPI/NC, DMT-SAP MM, Product Material Master, or related MDM processes will be considered for the role.
