Job Description: Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP MDG solution design and delivery across Customer / Business Partner, Supplier, Material, and Finance master data domains.
• Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, design workshops, solution architecture, and functional/technical design documentation for SAP MDG implementations.
• Deliver high-quality results aligned with firm values and principles
• Drive client engagement workstreams with strong ownership and accountability
• Maintain high standards of project quality and execution excellence
• Manage UAT, integration testing, defect triage, cutover planning, deployment, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Review/Develop technical specifications, functional designs, configuration documents, test scripts, transport plans, and deployment readiness artifacts.
• Lead and mentor senior associates, associates, and offshore teams; provide technical guidance, solution reviews, code reviews, and delivery oversight.

What You Must Have

• 7–10 years of total SAP experience with at least 5–7 years of hands-on SAP MDG experience.
• Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP MDG implementations, preferably on SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong techno-functional experience across at least 2 MDG data models, such as MDG-C, MDG-S, MDG-M, MDG-F, and MDG-BP.
• Hands-on experience in SAP MDG configuration including Data Modeling, UI Modeling, Process Modeling, Change Request Types, Workflow, BRFplus, validations, derivations, and duplicate checks
• Experience designing and implementing rule-based workflows, including agent determination, workflow routing, approvals, rejections, and escalation logic.
• Strong hands-on experience with integration and replication technologies including DRF, DIF, IDoc, ALE, SOA Services, REST APIs, and OData APIs.
• Proficiency in technical troubleshooting, debugging, and performance analysis across SAP MDG and S/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience with OO ABAP, BAdIs, Enhancements, FPM configurations, feeder classes, and BRFplus.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA master data structures for Material, Business Partner, Customer, Supplier, and Finance domains.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

What Sets You Apart

• Hands-on exposure to MDG Consolidation, Mass Processing, and Central Governance on S/4HANA, including initial loads, match & merge, and best-record calculation.
• Hands-on technical experience in OO ABAP, BAdIs, Enhancements, FPM, Feeder classes and BRFplus.
• Specialization in data validations and derivations using BRFplus and Badi
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and data quality frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MDG architecture, including hub deployment, co-deployment, data replication, key mapping, value mapping, and cross-system harmonization.k
• Experience managing workshops with business users, data owners, data stewards, IT teams, and enterprise architects.
