Senior SAP Marketing Cloud Consultant Experience 1015 Years Location As per business requirements Employment Type Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Marketing Cloud Consultant with 1015 years of SAP experience and strong expertise in SAP Marketing Cloud SAP EmarsysSAP Marketing Cloud, customer engagement, campaign management, customer segmentation, and marketing automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on implementation experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable marketing solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP Marketing Cloud implementation, rollout, and support projects. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from marketing and business stakeholders. Design and configure customer segmentation, target groups, marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and lead management processes. Implement personalized marketing strategies across multiple channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, and social media. Integrate SAP Marketing Cloud with SAP S4HANA, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Customer Data Cloud CDC, and third-party applications. Configure marketing automation workflows, campaign execution, and performance tracking. Develop customer analytics, dashboards, and marketing performance reports. Support data migration, customer master data management, and data quality initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, CRM, Digital Commerce, and Analytics. Troubleshoot production issues and provide performance optimization recommendations. Mentor junior consultants and provide technical and functional guidance. Participate in solution architecture discussions, effort estimation, and pre-sales activities where required. Required Skills 1015 years of overall SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP Marketing Cloud. Hands-on experience in at least 23 end-to-end SAP Marketing Cloud implementation projects. Strong understanding of: o Customer Segmentation o Target Groups o Marketing Campaigns o Customer Journeys o Lead and Opportunity Management o Marketing Automation o Customer Profiling o Personalization Experience integrating SAP Marketing Cloud with: o SAP S4HANA o SAP Sales Cloud o SAP Service Cloud o SAP Commerce Cloud o SAP Customer Data Cloud CDC o SAP CRM Knowledge of APIs, OData services, middleware SAP CPIBTP Integration Suite, and integration frameworks. Experience with customer analytics, dashboards, KPIs, and campaign reporting. Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and consent management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience working in AgileScrum environments. Preferred Skills Experience with SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement. Exposure to SAP Business Technology Platform BTP. Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud SAC. Understanding of omnichannel marketing and customer experience solutions. Experience with AI-driven marketing, predictive analytics, and recommendation engines. SAP certification in SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Emarsys, or related SAP CX solutions is highly preferred. Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. SAP certifications in SAP CXMarketing Cloud are an added advantage.
