About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO / SAP Finance Consultant to join our SAP practice. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing SAP Finance and Controlling solutions across enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), SAP Finance business processes, configuration, testing, support, and stakeholder management. Experience in S/4HANA Finance transformation projects, implementation, rollout, migration, and support engagements is highly preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP FI and CO modules based on business requirements.
• Work on General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, and Controlling processes.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Perform gap analysis and propose SAP standard solutions.
• Configure Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and COPA.
• Support financial closing and reporting processes.
• Work closely with business users and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare Functional Specifications and support technical developments.
• Conduct SIT, UAT, and production support activities.
• Participate in implementation, rollout, upgrade, and S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Identify process improvements and recommend best practices.
• Support data migration and reconciliation activities.
• Resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.
• Provide knowledge transfer and user training.

Qualifications

• B.E / B.Tech / MCA / MBA Finance / CA / ICWA or Post Graduate qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP FICO experience.
• Strong domain knowledge in Finance and Accounting processes.
