Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICA Architect with strong expertise in SAP Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FICA) to lead large-scale transformation, implementation, and support engagements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solution architecture, business process consulting, stakeholder management, and integration across SAP IS-U, Utilities, Telecom, Insurance, or Subscription-based industries.

The role requires deep functional expertise in SAP FICA processes, S/4HANA transformation, integration architecture, and leadership of global delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture

• Define and govern SAP FICA solution architecture across business and IT landscapes.
• Lead end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and transformation programs.
• Conduct solution design workshops and fit-gap assessments.
• Establish best practices and scalable enterprise solutions.

SAP FICA Functional Leadership

Design and implement solutions covering:

• Contract Accounts Management
• Customer Account Management
• Receivables & Payables Processing
• Open Item Management
• Payment Processing
• Incoming & Outgoing Payments
• Dunning Management
• Collections Management
• Installment Plans
• Write-Off Processing
• Returns Processing
• Interest Calculation
• Security Deposits
• Dispute Management
• Refund Processing
• Correspondence Management

Business Process Consulting

• Work with business stakeholders to define financial customer accounting processes.
• Provide recommendations for process optimization and automation.
• Support business transformation initiatives and regulatory requirements.

Integration Management

Lead integration design between FICA and:

• SAP IS-U
• SAP FI/GL
• SAP CRM
• SAP SD
• SAP BRIM
• SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI)
• SAP Convergent Charging (CC)
• SAP S/4HANA
• SAP BTP
• Third-party Billing Systems
• Banking Interfaces

Data Migration & Conversion

• Lead FICA data migration and reconciliation activities.
• Define migration strategy and data cleansing activities.
• Support cutover planning and go-live execution.
