The Opportunity:

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Architect to lead the design, solution architecture, and implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)/EAM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Work Order Management, Asset Lifecycle Management, and integration with SAP S/4HANA and related modules.

The Architect will engage with business stakeholders, define target-state architecture, drive digital maintenance transformation initiatives, and provide solution leadership across implementation and support programs.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture

• Design and architect SAP EAM/PM solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Define end-to-end maintenance management processes and target architecture.
• Lead solution blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, and architecture governance.
• Provide recommendations on SAP S/4HANA EAM best practices and industry standards.

Functional Leadership

• Drive implementation of:
• Preventive Maintenance
• Predictive Maintenance
• Corrective Maintenance
• Breakdown Maintenance
• Work Order Management
• Notification Management
• Asset Lifecycle Management
• Calibration Management
• Shutdown and Turnaround Management

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business users, maintenance planners, reliability engineers, and plant operations teams.
• Conduct workshops and translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Provide solution guidance to project teams and client leadership.

Integration Management

• Architect integrations with:
• SAP MM (Materials Management)
• SAP Procurement
• SAP Inventory Management
• SAP Project Systems (PS)
• SAP Finance (FI/CO)
• SAP Asset Accounting (AA)
• SAP Digital Manufacturing
• SAP BTP and Mobility Solutions

Transformation & Innovation

• Lead S/4HANA EAM transformation programs.
• Drive adoption of SAP Intelligent Asset Management (IAM).
• Evaluate and implement mobility solutions for maintenance operations.

Support predictive maintenance and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
