About this role

SAP DRC Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance) Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA, e-Invoicing, e-Reporting, and statutory compliance. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting SAP DRC solutions across business and tax compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and support SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC).
Work on e-Invoicing, e-Reporting, and statutory reporting requirements.
Analyze business and regulatory requirements and translate them into SAP DRC solutions.
Configure SAP DRC based on country-specific tax and compliance requirements.
Integrate DRC with SAP S/4HANA and relevant business processes.
Work closely with SAP FI, SD, and MM teams for end-to-end integration.
Support GST, e-Invoice, e-Way Bill, and other statutory compliance requirements.
Configure and troubleshoot electronic documents and compliance reporting.
Work with XML, JSON, APIs, and integration interfaces.
Coordinate with technical teams for interface and integration development.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and production support.
Troubleshoot DRC errors and provide timely resolution.
Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scenarios.
Coordinate with finance, tax, business, technical, and external vendor teams.
Support SAP DRC implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects.
Stay updated with changes in government regulations and digital tax reporting requirements.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with SAP DRC / Document and Reporting Compliance.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
Strong knowledge of e-Invoicing and e-Reporting.
Experience with statutory and tax compliance reporting.
Good understanding of GST and e-Invoice processes.
Knowledge of SAP FI/SD/MM integration.
Experience with XML, JSON, APIs, and integration concepts.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with SAP DRC Cloud Edition.
Knowledge of SAP BTP and integration technologies.
Experience with Peppol or other e-invoicing networks.
Experience with global/country-specific SAP localization.
Experience in SAP DRC implementation, rollout, migration, or support projects.

Experience

5–10+ years of overall SAP experience, with relevant hands-on experience in SAP DRC, e-Invoicing, e-Reporting, or statutory compliance.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. SAP certification is an advantage.
