About the role

Namasys is looking for a senior SAP data migration lead with deep experience moving maintenance and asset data from SAP ECC to IBM Maximo. You will shape the migration approach, scope and estimates for large enterprise asset management programmes.

Responsibilities

• Define the data migration approach, scope and object coverage for SAP ECC to Maximo programmes.
• Estimate migration effort and document assumptions, dependencies and risks.
• Review solution and proposal documents for gaps in the migration approach.
• Lead technical discussions on data migration with clients and partners.
• Advise on data cleansing, transformation, reconciliation and cutover.

Requirements

• 10+ years in SAP, including 5+ years in data migration, with at least two SAP ECC migrations led end to end, evidenced at project level.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PM objects: functional locations, equipment, BOMs, task lists, maintenance plans, notifications and work orders.
• Working knowledge of SAP MM and FI master data.
• Understanding of the IBM Maximo data model (locations, assets, job plans, PMs, work orders).
• Experience with migration tools such as SAP Data Services (BODS), Syniti, LSMW / Migration Cockpit or MXLoader.
• Pre-sales experience: scoping, estimation and proposal support.
• Clear written and spoken English, and confidence with senior stakeholders.
