SAP CS Functional Consultant

Experience: 5-7 Years

We are looking for an experienced SAP CS Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP Customer Service module implementation, configuration, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strong knowledge of SAP CS end-to-end service processes.

- Hands-on experience in Service Notifications, Service Orders, Repairs, Returns, Warranty Management, and Service Contracts.

- Good understanding of Equipment, Functional Locations, Installed Base, and Serial Number Management.

- Experience in Service Order Planning, Execution, Confirmation, Completion, and Billing.

- Strong knowledge of SAP CS integration with SD, MM, FI/CO, and PM/EAM modules.

- Experience in SAP CS configuration, pricing, billing, and business process mapping.

- Ability to gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.

- Experience in testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and production support.

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience: SAP CS implementation, rollout, or AMS support projects.
