Role: SAP CRM On-Prem Functional Lead

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Functional Lead with strong expertise in SAP CRM 7.0 On-Premise, particularly in the Service module. The candidate should have a good understanding of business processes, functional configuration, and implementation activities within SAP CRM.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead functional activities for SAP CRM 7.0 On-Premise implementation projects.
Gather and analyze business requirements related to the SAP CRM Service module.
Configure and customize SAP CRM functionalities to meet business requirements.
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical consultants for required developments.
Work with business stakeholders to understand service processes and recommend suitable SAP CRM solutions.
Support functional testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide functional guidance to the project team and support end-to-end implementation activities.
Assist with issue resolution and ensure successful delivery of project milestones.

Required Skills and Experience:
Strong experience in SAP CRM 7.0 On-Premise.

Hands-on functional experience in the SAP CRM Service module.

Experience in SAP CRM functional configuration and implementation.

Good understanding of service-related business processes and SAP CRM functionalities.

Ability to gather requirements, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate with technical teams.

Candidates with SAP C4C experience will also be considered, provided they have previous hands-on experience with SAP CRM On-Premise and can quickly transition back to it.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to independently handle functional requirements and lead project activities.
