Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM ABAP Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP (ABAP OOPS) and SAP CRM development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP CRM applications, custom developments, interfaces, and technical solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support SAP CRM technical solutions using ABAP OO.
• Work extensively on SAP CRM Web UI enhancements and customizations.
• Develop and enhance CRM business transactions such as Activities, Opportunities, Leads, Service Orders, and Complaints.
• Create technical specifications based on functional requirements.
• Develop Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows in SAP CRM environment.
• Implement and enhance BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancement Framework, and CRM Middleware components.
• Develop and optimize ABAP Objects, Classes, Methods, Interfaces, and Function Modules.
• Work on CRM One Order Framework and CRM WebClient UI configuration.
• Integrate SAP CRM with ECC/S4HANA and third-party systems.
