SAP Commerce Cloud Functional- Consultant

Work youll do:
* Delivery of specific capability in Technology Consulting
* Understand the business of the client and their key business issues
* Advise clients on best business practices
* Layout the Business requirements of the client
* Understand business requirements and validate technical feasibility for each of the requirements
* Configure and build the client business processes based on implementation package platforms
* Map requirements into user stories
* Maintain, Track and Report processes
* Test and Validate end to end Business processes
* Own and Lead agile ceremonies such as client demo
* Prepare clients for supporting the system in a production environment

Qualifications:
* Professional Qualification (Consultant) - MBA/ PGDM with 24+ months of experience (Preferred).
* Required - B.E./B.Tech with 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst in eCommerce domain

Key Skills:

Required
* Excellent analytical, written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Good understanding of IT concepts and software delivery.
* Working knowledge of eCommerce platforms, preferably SAP Commerce Cloud / SAP Hybris.
* Ability to engage with clients through meetings, video conferences, and email to understand business processes and challenges.
* Experience eliciting, analyzing, modeling, documenting, and validating business requirements.
* Ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and process flows.
* Coordinate effectively with onshore and offshore development and testing teams.
* Support Agile activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, demonstrations, defect triage, and stakeholder reviews.
* Experience defining and supporting functional testing, including test scenarios, test cases, regression testing, user acceptance testing, and defect validation.
* Understanding of key eCommerce capabilities such as product catalog, search, pricing, promotions, cart, checkout, customer management, orders, and returns.
* Ability to identify and apply relevant industry practices to client engagements.
* Competency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

GenAI Experience
* Ability to use approved GenAI applications to support:

* User story and acceptance criteria creation
* Requirements analysis and gap identification
* Functional test scenario and test case development
* Meeting summaries, action logs, and project reporting
* Functional documentation and status updates
