Sap Bods Consultant

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your experience in data migration and SAP BODS to design appropriate data migration solutions, manage data migrations, and provide advisory services to enhance data management strategies.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client data migration requirements and legacy data structures to design effective migration solutions
- Collaborating with SAP functional and technical consultants to assess data quality and compatibility with target systems
- Designing and implementing data migration frameworks using SAP Data Services and Information Steward
- Managing data migration processes, including building, testing, and executing migrations with tools like SAP SDS LSMW and SAP Migration Cockpit
- Conducting preload and post-load validation of migration results and advising on data cleansing strategies
- Performing migration dress rehearsals, cutover tasks, and providing post go-live support
- Developing data models and performing complex data analysis to support data-driven decision-making
- Creating technical specification documents for data services jobs and supporting data validation exercises
- Utilizing Snaplogic for data migration to S/4 HANA and integrating SAP ETL solutions such as IDOCs and BAPIs
- Advising clients on data management strategies and techniques to optimize data quality and management processes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
- Possessing experience with Snaplogic for data migration to S/4 HANA
- Utilizing SAP BODS and LTMC for data migration projects
- Implementing data quality improvement plans using Information Steward
- Excelling in complex data analysis and data-driven consulting
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Data Integration and SAP Reporting and Analytics
- Developing technical specifications for SAP Data Services jobs
