SAP B1 HANA Senior Specialist

Job Descriptions:

• Manage and support SAP Business One HANA functional requirements across business units and ensure alignment with business processes and Group standards.
• Translate business requirements into SAP B1 solutions, including configuration, enhancements, implementations and rollouts.
• Develop and support SAP B1 reports, dashboards, Crystal Reports, Query Manager and SQL/HANA queries.
• Support SAP B1 HANA integrations with banking, mobile money, tax/revenue systems, POS/CRM, HRMS, weighbridge and fleet systems.
• Provide Level 2/Level 3 functional support, analyse incidents and coordinate with SAP partners and vendors to resolve complex issues.
• Participate in SAP projects, UAT, testing, user training, documentation, go-live activities and continuous system improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Business One functional consulting and/or support.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP B1 HANA, including implementation, support, enhancement and rollout projects.
• Strong knowledge of relevant SAP B1 modules including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production/MRP, Banking and Warehouse Management.
• Experience in business process mapping, gap analysis, UAT/functional testing, functional documentation and user training.
• Experience with Crystal Reports, SAP Query Manager and SAP HANA/SQL queries; exposure to Power BI and third-party integrations is an added advantage.
