Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP developer to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality ABAP solutions to meet our business needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces in SAP systems.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Debug and troubleshoot existing ABAP code to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure compliance with SAP development standards and best practices.
• Provide support in system upgrades and enhancements.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-12 years of experience in SAP ABAP programming.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP programming language and development tools.
• Experience with SAP modules like SD, MM, FI, or HR is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP HANA and OData services is advantageous.
• Understanding of SAP data dictionary objects (tables, views, data elements, domains).
• Experience in developing reports using ALV and classical reporting techniques.
• Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques in ABAP.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
