Role Description The Salon Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing daily salon operations and ensuring an excellent client experience. This role includes supervising staff, managing appointment schedules, monitoring inventory and product usage, and ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards. The Salon Manager will handle client inquiries and feedback, support consultations when needed, and coordinate with stylists and beauticians to maintain service quality. The position also involves participating in hiring and onboarding, organizing training sessions, and implementing promotional activities to drive customer retention and revenue. The Salon Manager will regularly track performance metrics, manage cash handling procedures, and uphold the salon's brand and service policies.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology and Hair Care skills to understand services, support the team, and maintain quality standards.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client interactions, resolve concerns, and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Experience with Hiring and basic people management to build, guide, and retain a high-performing salon team.
• Proven ability to manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cash handling.
• Prior experience in salon, spa, or beauty lounge management or supervision is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements relevant to salon operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak seasons, as required.
