Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Bhimavaram. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable Bajaj Finserv products in lending, insurance, and wealth advisory. Daily activities include generating leads, conducting customer meetings, explaining product features and benefits, and ensuring timely completion of documentation and onboarding processes. The role also involves meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, coordinating with branch and operations teams, and providing post-sale support to enhance customer satisfaction. The Salesperson is expected to uphold regulatory and company compliance standards while representing the Bajaj Finserv brand in the local market.
Qualifications

• Ability to build relationships with customers, listen actively, and communicate financial solutions clearly and professionally.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, including lead generation, closing deals, and achieving or exceeding assigned targets.
• Basic financial understanding and comfort explaining lending, insurance, and investment concepts to customers.
• Proficiency in using digital tools, CRM or sales tracking systems, and standard office applications for documentation and reporting.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, strong time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced on-site branch environment.
• Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; prior experience in financial services or field sales is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the local market in Bhimavaram and ability to communicate in local languages as well as English is preferred.
