Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Nagpur. The Salesperson will identify and approach potential customers, explain Ruloans loan, credit card, and insurance products, and guide clients in selecting suitable financial solutions. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, following up with prospects, managing customer inquiries, and supporting clients through application, documentation, and approval processes. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, coordinating with internal teams and partner institutions, and meeting assigned sales and conversion targets. The Salesperson is expected to uphold Ruloans standards of transparency and customer service while representing the brand in the local market.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
• Customer relationship and service skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
• Basic knowledge of financial products such as loans, credit cards, and insurance, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local languages as applicable.
• Ability to work on-site in Nagpur, manage field visits, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfort with using mobile apps and digital tools for customer onboarding, documentation, and tracking.
• Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass); a graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
• Prior experience in banking, NBFCs, or financial sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
