Salesforce Practice Delivery Leader

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Delivery Leader to lead multiple Salesforce projects in his/her portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce implementations. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage large teams across onshore and offshore delivery centers, as well as expertise in managing project P&L.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Stay current on Salesforce updates and industry trends to leverage new features and tools that can benefit project delivery.
  
  

Team Coordination

• Lead and mentor project managers of projects being delivered from practice, fostering collaboration and accountability across onshore and offshore resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, offerings, Service line, BU teams and other stakeholders, to ensure successful project execution.
  
  

Governance

• Institutionalize robust Salesforce delivery best practices, including process-methods and tools to ensure all project deliverables meet high standards of quality and align with client expectations.
• Implement and maintain best practices in project management and Salesforce delivery, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct regular governance and review meetings, provide leadership updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
  
  

Skills And Experience

• Minimum of 12 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple large-scale projects that includes 5 years Salesforce projects delivery management. Experience working with global clients and managing multi-cultural teams.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce products and services, including Sales and Service Cloud to guide project teams and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Experience or knowledge in Salesforce implementations within Healthcare, Banking, or Telecom sectors is a plus.
• Must be certified in Salesforce(Admin/PD1/Omni/Cloud), PMP or equivalent certifications are good to have.
• Experience of managing Agile project and knowledge of approaches such as Scrum, Kanban and SAFe, among others.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire large teams across multiple locations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented approach to project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in AML tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project) and Salesforce reporting tools.
