About this role
- Total 9+ years of experience. 4+ years of Business Analysis experience in campaign management, CRM, Salesforce Marketing cloud
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Understanding of outbound campaign operations across Voice, SMS, IVR, and/or digital marketing channels.
- Experience translating business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements.
- Ability to work with data structures, contact lists, file-based integrations, and data mapping.
- Experience supporting campaign migration, platform modernization, or transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting UAT activities, including test scenario definition, defect triage, stakeholder validation, and business sign-off coordination.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business users, operations teams, and technical teams.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Jira or similar project tracking tools.
- Preferred Qualifications/Good to have SkillsExperience with NICE CXone or other contact center platforms.
- Familiarity with Snowflake and marketing data integrations.
- Knowledge of IVR campaign platforms such as AcuCall or IVR Technology.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications.
- Experience in healthcare, patient services, or regulated industries.
- Prior involvement in large-scale campaign migration or platform consolidation programs.
