Salesforce Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver robust Salesforce solutions across Agentforce for Sales and Agentforce Service, building custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and JavaScript. , aligning with business priorities and user experience standards
• Architect scalable designs in collaboration with technical leads and enterprise architects, ensuring alignment with coding standards and governance models.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize code in a high-volume, performance-driven Salesforce environment.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to clear, thorough documentation?capturing architectural decisions, logic flows, and platform usage to support maintainability and cross-functional transparency.
• Mentor junior developers through peer code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Continuously evaluate emerging Salesforce features, tools, and releases to proactively recommend and implement innovations that advance platform maturity, enhance architecture, and maximize business value
