Key Skills & Technical Expertise

• Salesforce Development: Hands-on expertise in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
• API & Third-Party Integrations: Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and integrating external systems with Salesforce.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Proficiency in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPscript, and SQL.
• Integration Middleware: Familiarity with MuleSoft, Boomi, or other integration platforms.
• Deployment & Administration: Knowledge of Salesforce CLI, Git, data management, security configurations, and troubleshooting production issues.

Role Expectations

The candidate should be able to independently develop, and maintain complex CRM automations, manage third-party integrations, and implement technical enhancements aligned with business requirements. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions.
