Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive sales and revenue targets within the assigned territory.
2. Identify and connect with potential customers to understand their property requirements.
3. Explain NoBrokers plans, products, and value-added services to customers.
4. Generate leads through calls, referrals, follow-ups, and local market opportunities.
5. Conduct product and service demonstrations, clearly explaining pricing, features, and benefits.
6. Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales journey.
7. Handle customer queries, objections, and escalations effectively.
8. Convert leads into customers and consistently achieve individual sales targets.
9. Follow up with prospective customers to maximize sales conversions.
10. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for premium plans and additional services.
11. Maintain accurate customer information, follow-up records, and sales activities in the CRM.
12. Track daily sales performance, pipeline status, and progress against targets.
13. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
14. Stay updated on local market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
15. Prepare regular sales reports and share performance updates with the reporting manager.
