Axis Bank - Officer Sales Opportunity (Liability Sales)

The Liability Sales team is responsible for acquiring new customers, sourcing CASA deposits, salary accounts, and driving retail banking business.

Role: Officer Sales

• Identify sales opportunities for Bank and third-party products by acquiring new customers and building relationships.
• Manage and deepen relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets as per the assigned grade matrix.
• Record and track all customer engagement activities through the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, SEBI, and regulatory guidelines.
• Daily field visits, customer meetings, and local travel.
• Pure field sales role involving customer acquisition, relationship management, and achievement of sales targets.
• Daily customer visits and local travel required.
• Mandatory: Valid Driving License & Two-Wheeler
• Good communication and sales skills required.

• Graduate with 0-2 years of experience.
