Role Overview
We are seeking Sales Manager, each dedicated to a specific industry vertical, to develop and expand export business in international markets across the globe. The role carries primary responsibility for new customer acquisition, account development and revenue growth within the assigned industry, supported by the sourcing, quality and regulatory teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand Indian and overseas markets - APAC Region, Africa, & LATAM for the Specific industry.
- Build and manage relationships with global customers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Handle end-to-end export operations: inquiry to execution, documentation,logistics, and compliance.
- Work closely with sourcing, QA/QC, regulatory, and supply chain teams.
- Drive product positioning, commercial negotiations, and margin optimization.
- Track global demand-supply trends, pricing, and regulatory changes.
- Support new product introductions and CDMO project commercialization.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, INCOTERMS, and documentation norms.
Strong Preference For:
- Experience in industry-specific chemical exports and developing new business opportunities in the same
- Practical exposure to Indian, APAC Region, African, & LATAM markets
- Actual export execution and client-facing experience
Key Skill Requirements
- Strong understanding of the industry vertical and applications.
- In-depth knowledge of export documentation, logistics, and trade compliance.
- Excellent commercial, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Abilityto manage high-value international customers.
- Market intelligence, pricing strategy, and contract management.
- Proficiency in CRM and international trade workflows.

Education
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering
- MBA with experience in the chemical industry
Experience
- 6-8 years of hands-on experience in chemical exports, overseas sales or international product coordination
- Working knowledge of at least one of the six verticals above
- Export execution and client-facing experience with Global customers
