Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to promote and sell apartment units at our project site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, guiding customers through the home-buying journey, and achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate and manage real estate leads through various channels.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers.
* Provide detailed project and product information to customers.
* Assist customers in shortlisting suitable inventory and finalizing apartment selections.
* Conduct site visits and provide professional recommendations based on customer requirements.
* Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close sales.
* Address customer queries and provide prompt resolutions.
* Ensure seamless customer service, documentation, and follow-up throughout the sales process.
* Participate in property exhibitions, promotional events, and sales campaigns.
* Stay updated on local real estate market trends and competitor activities.
* Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills

* Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in apartment sales.
* Strong knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
* Customer-centric approach with excellent relationship-building skills.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and online real estate listing platforms.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
* Willingness to work on weekends and extended hours, when required.

Desired Profile

* Proven expertise in real estate sales and customer relationship management.
* Strong understanding of local market trends and customer preferences.
* Ability to participate in training sessions and continuously enhance sales skills.
* Proficiency in real estate technology and sales management tools is an added advantage.

Work Schedule

Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Weekly Off: Tuesday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
