Urpio provides AI-powered business solutions, including Voice AI, WhatsApp, Chat, and SMS, to help businesses streamline customer communication and lead management.

• Generate leads through cold calling, outbound calls, and other channels.
• Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
• Present and explain Urpio's AI-powered technology solutions.
• Schedule and conduct online and face-to-face client meetings.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
• Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with technical and client servicing teams for smooth onboarding.
• Maintain records of calls, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable with cold calling and client interactions.
• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of AI, e-commerce, or technology solutions is an advantage.

• Candidates with 3–6 months of sales experience, prior sales experience, or a sales internship are preferred.
• Candidates from Noida and Delhi will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Must be comfortable working from the Noida Sector 8 office.
