Sales Executive- Bangalore

At DRAS, we're on a mission to make quality, consistency, and convenience a part of everyday hydration. From our roots in packaged ice, we've grown to 100+ cities across 17 states, and we're continuing to scale.

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Executive to drive merchant acquisition and revenue growth for our fast-paced Packaged Ice products. In this role, you will identify new (grocery stores, supermarkets, specialty shops), to expand our business.

Location: Bangalore

CTC Package: 25000/- to 30000/- per month

What You'll Be Responsible For:

· Find new business opportunities and customers

· Develop relationships with existing customers and keep in touch with them

· Coordinate with Factory to ensure stock availability and Logistics for timely delivery.

· Negotiate prices and terms with customers

· Build strong, long-term relationships with merchant partners to resolve operational issues and optimize their daily order volumes.

· Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets and order generations.

What we are looking for:

Qualification: Bachelor's degree or BBA Sales & Marketing

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in FMCG / Food / Cold Chain industry.

Skills:

• Strong communication and sales acumen.
• Coordination with other departments viz. Factory, Supply Chain
• Ability to negotiate and close deals and resolve problems.
• Knowledge of Excel
