Safety Executive

The Safety Executive role supports the implementation and continuous improvement of occupational health and safety practices at a manufacturing operation in Neemrana, Rajasthan. The position is responsible for monitoring compliance, identifying workplace risks, investigating incidents, and promoting safety awareness across the site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce compliance with occupational health and safety policies and procedures
• Conduct routine site inspections and audits to identify unsafe conditions and working practices
• Perform risk assessments and recommend appropriate preventive measures
• Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions
• Organise and conduct safety drills, workshops, and awareness programmes
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, incidents, and related reports
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with applicable legal and statutory requirements
• Assist in developing site-specific safety plans and emergency response procedures
  
  

Requirements

• Knowledge of occupational health and safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements
• Ability to conduct site inspections, safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
• Strong reporting, record-keeping, and organisational skills
• Ability to conduct safety training and coordinate effectively with internal teams and regulatory bodies
