RTR Professional

We are looking for an experienced Record to Report (RTR) professional with strong expertise in lease accounting. The candidate should have extensive experience across RTR operations, financial reporting, lease accounting, fixed assets, revenue accounting, and intercompany accounting. The role requires strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP and the ability to work as a customer-facing SME, independently handling complex accounting matters and stakeholder discussions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support end-to-end Record to Report (RTR/R2R) activities.
• Handle Lease Accounting, including lease transactions, accounting entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Ensure accounting and reporting compliance with IFRS and US GAAP.
• Manage Fixed Asset Accounting, including capitalisation, depreciation, transfers, disposals, and reconciliations.
• Support Revenue Accounting activities and related financial reporting.
• Handle Intercompany Accounting, reconciliations, and resolution of open items.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Review journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Act as a customer-facing SME for RTR and Lease Accounting processes.
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve accounting/process-related issues.
• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement and standardisation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Primary Skills: RTR + Lease Accounting.
• Key Skills: RTR / R2R, Lease Accounting, IFRS, US GAAP, Fixed Assets, Revenue Accounting, Intercompany Accounting, Financial Reporting, Reconciliations, Month-End Close, Customer-Facing SME, Stakeholder Management.
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in RTR/Finance and Accounting.
• CA qualification preferred.
• CA candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience can also be considered.
• Strong hands-on experience in RTR and Lease Accounting is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and US GAAP.
• Experience in Fixed Assets, Revenue Accounting and Intercompany Accounting.
• Prior experience working as a customer-facing SME is required.
• Must be comfortable working in PST hours.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days are preferred.
