RP Sanjiv Goenka Group - Growth & Investment Role - M&A/Valuations

RPSG Group is looking for professionals to join its Growth & Investments team, focusing on strategic growth initiatives and investment opportunities across diverse sectors.

Role & responsibilities:

- Evaluate M&A, JV and minority investment opportunities.

- Analyse existing business performance and identify growth opportunities.

- Conduct financial modelling, valuations and market research.

- Prepare investment memos, MIS and management presentations.

- Assess new sectors and potential investments across businesses.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 3+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in reputed Investment Banking or a buy-side fund.

- Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting, DCF and relative valuation.

- Excellent financial modelling, research and presentation skills.

- MBA in Finance from a reputed institute or CA qualified in the first attempt.

- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
