Position Purpose and Summary

This role is responsible to facilitate dynamic and engaging training sessions, fostering professional development and maximizing organizational performance through effective knowledge transfer and skill enhancement.

• Functional Responsibilities

Training Development and Delivery:

1. Ensure Training Calendar Execution for their respective regions and deliver Business specific Programs as per need sign off
2. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational objectives and learner needs.
3. Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and methodologies to engage participants and enhance learning outcomes.
4. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
5. Maintain training materials and resources, updating content as needed to reflect changes in processes, policies, or technologies.
6. Assess training effectiveness through evaluation tools and adapt content as necessary to optimize results.
7. Ensure Training Program are designed and delivered to achieve Business KPIs such as Increase in Conversion Rate, Increased NPS, Stakeholder Feedback on participant's work performance post training regularly over 30-60-90 days pattern
8. Timely Reports submission for relevant stakeholders for respective regions and training programs delivered

Learning Management:

1. Adhere to LMS Based Training Calendar and certification of learners by timely co-ordination
2. Ensure RLC Store based Training data capture through LMS course attendance feature
3. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and respects diverse perspectives.
4. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously improve training delivery.
5. Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue setup, and technical requirements.

1. Serve as a resource and point of contact for trainees, addressing questions, concerns, and requests for additional support.
2. Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, enrollment management, troubleshooting technical issues, and utilizing its features to enhance training delivery.

People Development:

1. Provide support and feedback to participants to enhance skill development and performance improvement.
2. Create and drive Retail Learning Champ program, supporting the RLC in their responsibilities and development.
