Retail Trainer

Key Responsibility:

• Develop and deliver training programs on fashion, apparel, product knowledge, styling, fabrics, fits, trends, and collections.
• Train teams on fashion terminology, product features, USPs, customer profiling, and styling recommendations.
• Develop training modules, presentations, learning materials, assessments, and training activities.
• Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training across retail stores.
• Maintain training calendars, attendance records, training reports, and MIS.
• Travel to stores across locations as required for training and capability-building initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of fashion, apparel, styling, fabrics, fits, and fashion trends.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong training and facilitation skills.
• Good understanding of fashion retail and store operations.
