Role Description The Retail Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and customer-focused environment. This full-time, on-site role is based in Delhi, India and involves managing staff schedules, guiding and supporting store team members, and monitoring product displays and inventory levels. The manager will drive customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service, handling escalations, and maintaining store appearance and standards. Responsibilities include implementing retail loss prevention measures, tracking sales performance, analyzing store metrics, and executing promotional activities. The role also involves training staff, enforcing company policies, and collaborating with management to achieve revenue and service goals.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver high-quality experiences for travelers.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers, lead store staff, and coordinate with management.
• Candidates should possess Store Management experience, including overseeing daily operations, managing teams, and optimizing sales performance.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard inventory and ensure compliance with store policies.
• Prior experience in retail or travel retail management, especially in premium or luxury product categories, is beneficial.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
• A diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is advantageous.
