At Vamika, merchandising isn't just about putting products on a website.

It's about deciding what gets seen, where it gets seen, and how it gets sold — whether that's on our Shopify store, a multi-designer platform or a physical retail space.

We're looking for a Merchandiser who can take ownership of this across our online and offline channels.

What you'll be doing:

— Managing day-to-day merchandising on our Shopify website

— Planning product launches, collections and seasonal edits

— Analysing product performance and deciding which products need more visibility

— Curating assortments based on customer, occasion, price point and channel

— Working on product placement and visibility across multi-designer stores and online platforms

— Coordinating with retail partners on collections, stock, displays and new launches

— Understanding what works for different stores/platforms and tailoring assortments accordingly

— Working closely with our creative, social media and performance marketing teams to align campaigns across channels

— Tracking sales, inventory and product performance and turning those numbers into merchandising decisions

— Identifying gaps and opportunities across our online and offline retail presence

Who would fit in well:

Someone with 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in jewellery, fashion or lifestyle.

You should have:

• A strong understanding of products and customers
• A good eye for presentation and aesthetics
• Experience with Shopify/e-commerce
• An understanding of retail and multi-designer businesses
• Comfort with numbers, sales data and inventory
• Strong coordination and negotiation skills
• The ability to work independently and take ownership
• Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is commercially sharp, curious about the product and understands that good merchandising can directly change sales.
