Retail Manager

Racks by London Market is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Retail Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead a high-performing sales team, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing profitability, managing inventory, maintaining brand standards, and fostering a customer-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities
Store Operations & Financial Management

• Drive Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage Operational Budgets: Monitor store expenses, analyze sales reports, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
• Maintain Visual Merchandising: Ensure the sales floor reflects brand standards, seasonal layouts, and promotional displays.
• Inventory Control: Oversee stock levels, ordering, and inventory counts to minimize shrinkage and ensure product availability.

Team Leadership & Talent Management

• Staff Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales associates to build a high-performing team.
• Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
• Scheduling: Create efficient staff schedules that align with peak shopping hours and labor budgets.

Customer Experience

• Service Excellence: Cultivate a welcoming store environment and lead by example in delivering top-tier customer service.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently to maintain high retention and brand loyalty.

Qualifications & Skills
Required Experience

• Management Background: 3+ years of retail management experience (Fashion, Apparel, or Luxury Retail preferred).
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas and managing operational store budgets.
