Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for customer service. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Overseeing the store's operations, allocating responsibilities, and ensuring the store runs smoothly.

· Supervising and guiding staff to maximize performance.

· Ensuring the store complies with all legal health and safety guidelines.

· Planning and overseeing in-store promotional events or display.

· Analyzing sales and revenue reports and making forecasts.

· Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions.

· Report to senior management on progress and issues.

· Monitoring stock levels and purchases to ensure they stay within budget.

Must Haves·

· 6+ year's experience in retail management, preferably overseeing multiple locations.

· Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.

· Ability to motivate and develop diverse teams effectively.

· Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Good to have

· Familiarity with inventory management and loss prevention strategies.

· Experience in designing and implementing training programs.

· Proficiency in more than one language can be a plus, depending on the customer base.

· Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
