Role Description The Resume & LinkedIn Writer is a full-time, remote role responsible for crafting high-impact resumes and LinkedIn profiles tailored to each client's career goals and target roles. Day-to-day tasks include gathering client information via calls or questionnaires, analyzing career history, and rewriting content to highlight achievements, skills, and measurable results. The role involves aligning profiles with reverse recruiting strategies, optimizing keywords for applicant tracking systems (ATS), and ensuring consistent personal branding across resume, LinkedIn, and other professional materials. The writer will collaborate with career strategists and recruiters to refine positioning, incorporate feedback, and deliver polished documents within defined timelines. Maintaining high-quality standards, managing multiple client projects, and communicating clearly and professionally with clients are core expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong resume writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, and professional content writing skills, with the ability to tailor messages to specific roles and industries.
• Ability to research target roles, understand job market trends, and translate client experience into achievement-focused, keyword-rich content.
• Excellent editing, proofreading, and attention-to-detail skills to ensure clarity, consistency, and error-free documents.
• Experience or familiarity with recruiting, HR, or career coaching practices, including ATS standards and modern job search strategies.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills, including the ability to conduct structured interviews, ask probing questions, and provide constructive guidance.
• Proven capability to work independently in a remote setting, manage deadlines, and prioritize multiple client projects efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in resume writing or career services are a plus.
• Prior experience working with mid-career and senior professionals in Sales, HR, Tech, or Business roles is advantageous.
