Job Role Summary

The professional is responsible for identifying potential candidates, explaining available
training and placement programs, coordinating candidate preparation activities, supporting
marketing efforts, and assisting candidates through the interview and placement process.
Key Responsibilities

Contact and screen prospective candidates through phone calls, emails, and other
communication channels.
Explain training, placement, and career development programs to potential
candidates.
Guide candidates through the enrollment process and address their questions
regarding services offered.
Coordinate resume preparation, mock interviews, and technical or professional
training sessions.

Collaborate with marketing teams to promote training and placement programs.
Schedule and manage candidate interviews with client companies.
Track candidate progress throughout training, marketing, interview, and placement
stages.

Support successful candidate placements and follow up after employment
onboarding.
