Resort Manager

Prashanthi Eerapuram is hiring a full-time Resort Manager for Twyla Farms and Resorts in Lemoor, near Tukkuguda, Hyderabad.

Salary: 25,000–40,000 per month

Work arrangement: Full-time, on-site

Benefits: Accommodation provided and paid overtime

Role overview

We are looking for an energetic, creative and technology-comfortable professional who is eager to learn, take ownership and improve how the resort operates and grows. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Prior experience is useful but not mandatory; attitude, communication, initiative and the ability to understand systems are important.

Key responsibilities

• Manage resort enquiries, reservations and bookings

• Build strong guest relationships and support a positive guest experience

• Follow up on enquiries and improve booking conversions

• Support sales, lead generation and business development

• Conduct market and competitor research

• Track social media trends and suggest relevant promotional ideas

• Use technology and online tools effectively

• Coordinate with the internal team and improve systems, processes and reporting

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution

• Fluency in English, Hindi and Telugu

• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills

• Good understanding of technology, the internet and social media

• Organised, creative, proactive and eager to learn

• Willingness to take responsibility and go the extra mile
