Research Scientist

We are looking for an experienced AI Research Scientist with strong expertise in AI research, LLMs, generative AI, AI agents, and multimodal AI. The candidate will work on implementing and customizing state-of-the-art AI research, developing prototypes, optimizing large-scale models, and taking research solutions toward production.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and customize AI research papers into working prototypes and production-ready models.
• Work on LLMs, generative AI, computer vision, and multimodal AI solutions.
• Perform model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and architecture modifications.
• Develop and manage training and evaluation datasets.
• Work on synthetic data generation, annotation pipelines, and benchmarking.
• Develop AI agents/agentic AI workflows.
• Conduct model experimentation, evaluation, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy AI research outputs.
• Work on model optimization techniques such as quantization, pruning, and distillation.
• Document experiments, research findings, technical reports, and support patent activities.

• Distributed Training: DeepSpeed, FSDP, Horovod.
• Model Optimization: Quantization, Pruning, Distillation.
• MLflow / Weights and Biases / TensorBoard, Benchmarking, and Model Evaluation.
• LLMs: GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon.
