Research Associate ( Upstream)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct geological research to identify potential drilling locations and optimize reservoir performance.
• Analyze data from various sources, including seismic surveys, well logs, and production records to inform field development plans.
• Collaborate with upstream teams to design and implement drilling programs that meet project objectives.
• Develop NPV models using Python programming language to evaluate investment opportunities.

Job Requirements :

• 2-7 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, preferably in exploration or production roles.
• Strong understanding of IRR calculations and their application in evaluating investment opportunities.
• Proficiency in Python programming language for data analysis and modeling.
