Required - Junior Sales Executive (MBA Fresher's )

Role & responsibilities

Role Overview

• We're looking for an energetic MBA fresher to join our sales team. You'll learn solution selling in the IT infrastructure and Cyber Security space, support lead generation, coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams, and help drive revenue growth by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones

What You'll Learn

• IT infrastructure and Cyber Scurity portfolio and solution-selling frameworks used by
• Proposal writing, pricing, and commercial negotiation in enterprise deals.
• Stakeholder management across CIO/IT heads, procurement, OEMs, distributors, and internal delivery teams.
• CRM hygiene, pipeline management, and sales reporting

Eligibility

• MBA (Marketing/Sales/Business Management) 2025/2026 batch; freshers welcome.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with target-driven work, field/client meetings, and travel within the territory.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure is a plus; training will be provided.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); exposure to CRM tools is advantageous

Nice to Have

• Internship or project experience in B2B sales
• Certifications or coursework in digital marketing, sales analytics, or cloud fundamentals.

Growth Path

• Sales Executive Senior Sales Executive Account Manager / Key Account Manager Sales Manager (Enterprise/Government).
