Job Title: Field Operations Executive / Senior Field Executive Vehicle Repossession

Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Contract (6–8 months, with possible extension)

Job Summary-

We are looking for a Field Operations Executive to manage end-to-end vehicle repossession and recovery operations. The candidate will coordinate with recovery agents, transport vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and safe recovery of vehicles and delivery to the company warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end vehicle repossession process, from case initiation to vehicle delivery at the warehouse.
• Coordinate with recovery agencies and field agents for vehicle recovery.
• Visit customer locations and accompany recovery agents when required.
• Coordinate with transport vendors to ensure safe and timely vehicle transportation.
• Handle field escalations and coordinate with local authorities when required.
• Track recovery cases, turnaround time, operational costs, and vehicle damage.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on recovery operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with defined repossession processes and safety guidelines.
• Support process improvements to reduce recovery costs and turnaround time.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in field operations, vehicle recovery, repossession, collections, logistics, or asset recovery.
• Experience coordinating with field agents, vendors, or external agencies.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle on-ground escalations and challenging situations.
• Basic knowledge of operational reporting and data tracking.
• Fluency in Kannada and Hindi is mandatory; basic or fluent English is preferred.
• Willingness to work in the field and be available outside regular office hours when required.
• Familiarity with vehicle finance or NBFC repossession processes, especially TVS Credit, will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in vehicle repossession, auto-loan recovery, two-wheeler or car finance collections, or recovery agency operations are preferred.
