Release Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. End-to-end release & change management Hands-on experience managing releases from readiness through production deployment and closure, including CRQ/CCB, AppSec/security approvals, QA sign-offs, implementation/rollback plans and post-production validation.
2. Hands-on application/production support – (P0) The person should be able to perform first-level technical diagnosis using logs, APIs/request-response, error codes, transaction data and configurations. We are not looking for a profile focused primarily on incident coordination or bridge management.
3. Product/partner onboarding & operational ownership – (P0)Experience driving cross-functional onboarding, defect/dependency tracking, production readiness and stabilisation, with strong ownership until closure.
4. Governance & stakeholder/vendor coordination – Ability to independently manage multiple parallel tracks, dashboards/actions, TSP/vendor dependencies and drive Product, Engineering, QA, Security and other stakeholders to closure.
