Role Description The Relationship Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bihar Sharif, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. In this role, the individual will engage with customers to understand their financial needs, provide suitable product recommendations, and support them through the onboarding and servicing process. Daily activities include meeting clients, explaining financial products, handling queries and concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Relationship Officer will collaborate with internal teams to process applications, track leads, and contribute to branch sales targets while adhering to company policies and compliance requirements.
Qualifications

• Strong Business Relationship Management skills to build, nurture, and grow client relationships.
• Foundational knowledge of Finance to understand and explain financial products and solutions.
• Effective Communication skills for clear, professional interactions with customers and colleagues.
• Customer Service capabilities to address queries, resolve concerns, and ensure high satisfaction.
• Sales skills to identify opportunities, convert leads, and achieve assigned business targets.
• Ability to work in an on-site branch environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Good problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably a graduate in any discipline, with prior experience in banking, financial services, or insurance.
• Comfort with basic computer applications and digital tools used in financial services.
