• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, property owners, buyers, and tenants.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable NoBroker services.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and generate business opportunities.
• Explain service packages, pricing, features, and benefits to customers.
• Follow up with potential customers to improve sales conversions.
• Coordinate with internal sales and service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
• Maintain customer information, call records, and follow-up updates in the CRM.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Build long-term customer relationships and improve customer retention.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics.
